Amazing bistro set in a good location with lots of nature and greenery surrounding you as you eat. Me and my family have visited this place about 6 times, and have never been dissatisfied in the slightest. The food is well made and the wait isn't too long. All the waitresses are lovely and very kind. Love how the restaurant makes it's own lemon lime bitters, and even marshallows when these could have been bought from the store. Will be visiting many more times in the future
We attended a wedding here, and the venue is so special! The fairy lights in the clear-topped marquee at night are beautiful. The ceremony area is lush and green. All the waitstaff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely night! I will note here for others, that it is slightly confusing at first. You need to walk through the nursery to get to the venue.
Lunch was not a good experience on Saturday. I ordered The Reuben Sandwich and was not happy to receive only ONE meagre slice of pastrami in this $28.00 sandwich! My friends and I will not go there again. Very tired of restaurants sky high prices for very little product. Wake up Australia.
We went for lunch and had booked a table online for this. Greeting was friendly but there was not a table reserved for us and none available outside. The upstairs room was offered but was very noisy and our request for a quieter table was fulfilled in a smaller room. Our order was taken in a reasonable timeframe with drinks included. Upon serving my drink waitress spilt it on the table and was about to walk away when I asked for a coaster she said we dont have one and grabbed a napkin off the nearby empty table and put it under my drink. Our meals were dropped not placed on the table in front of us with little care shown. The coffee, tea and cakes were served in a better manner. Upon paying the same waitress who spilt my drink did not understand how to process a visa gift card and said we can’t do it I persisted and she called another girl over who was willing to try until finally a third girl showed them where to swipe the card. This was very frustrating and totally unnecessary in a properly trained environment. Very disappointing experience and one we will not be repeating.
