Bazum is a charming village situated on the lower slopes of the Bazum Mountains in Lori province. Its elevated position provides visitors with sweeping views of the surrounding valleys and distant peaks. The village is a popular starting point for hiking expeditions into the Bazum range, where trails wind through dense forests of oak and beech, past alpine meadows dotted with wildflowers, and up to ridges with panoramic vistas. The area is less frequented than other parts of Armenia, offering a sense of solitude and unspoiled nature.
