Tatevi Anapat, also known as the Hermitage of Tatev, is a 17th-century monastery located in a picturesque gorge about 2 kilometers from the main Tatev Monastery. It served as a retreat for monks seeking solitude. The complex features a small church, a gavit (narthex), and remnants of monastic cells, all set against a backdrop of lush greenery and a rushing river. Its peaceful atmosphere and well-preserved stonework make it a rewarding stop for history enthusiasts.
