The National Flag Memorial in Rosario is a monumental tribute to the Argentine flag and its creator, Manuel Belgrano. Perched on the banks of the Paraná River, the site comprises a towering 70-meter concrete flagpole, a ceremonial courtyard, and an underground museum.
