General San Martín Park is a sprawling green oasis in Mendoza, offering a peaceful escape with its artificial lake where visitors can rent paddleboats, a meticulously maintained rose garden (Rosaleda) with over a thousand rose bushes, and the iconic Cerro de la Gloria hill. Atop the hill stands a monumental bronze sculpture commemorating the Army of the Andes, providing sweeping views of the city and the Andes. The park is ideal for walking, jogging, or simply relaxing amid fountains and tree-lined paths.
