Dow's Hill Interpretation Centre offers a unique, immersive experience that combines a state-of-the-art multimedia presentation with one of the island's finest viewpoints. The show, titled 'The Antigua and Barbuda Story,' uses light, sound, and special effects to narrate the island's history from the Amerindian period through colonialism to independence. After the presentation, visitors step onto an outdoor terrace that provides a sweeping panoramic vista of English Harbour, including Nelson's Dockyard and the surrounding hills. The centre is part of the national parks system and serves as an excellent orientation to the area's historical and natural landscape.
