Perfect location, just under the cable cars to go to the ski slopes of La Massana. Also includes a discount to a perfect ski renting shop which we used for 4 days of ski. Rooms were quite small and not soundproofed at all, could here everytime someone was just walking down the corridor. Restaurant was quite good, with new dishes everyday that we had included in our package. Waiters of the restaurant were so so kind and always did little extra things to make us happy. Pool is quite small and only open in the evening.
We stayed for a week over half term and very much enjoyed our visit. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean well kept and more than enough space for a family. Breakfast was great - full buffet with a mix of local and international foods - ate too much. Staff were great and really helpful. The ski lift is 20 m from the front door and really easy to walk to, the hotel also has ski lockers you can rent. There are a good range of restaurants within easy walking distance in La massana, as well as nice places for a drink. The hotel bar had a nice fire and comfy seats after a good day on the mountains. Would a happily stay again.
A good mixture of Catalan and French cuisine, this well-appointed full service restaurant is very good across the board...quality and service...but a little pricey at 35 euro for entrecote, grilled vegetables and a glass of house wine for one person. Escargot was a better deal at 22 euro. Both very good and well presented.
Great selection of food. Coffee bought to your table directly as you like it. Lots of sweet options, pastries and the likes. Only open from 8am - 10am which can be a bit tricky if you need to get up the mountain early
