During our stay at Sporthotel Hermitage we went to Koy twice. Once for the tasting menu and once to order a la carta. Both times, we were treated very well, the dishes tasted delicious and the atmosphere, watching the chefs prepare your plate up close was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. It’s some of the best sushi I have eaten. 10/10 service and 10/10 food
The staff 1st class, friendly and welcoming without being pretentious - they really cater about what they do. I had the Menu Hermitage - which is their top end tasting menu - do it you won’t regret it…. Every dish was a perfect blend, and also with some nice surprises along the way - I won’t spoil the surprise by telling you all the details. Soldeau is not over-run by great restaurants, and I ate at Ibaya last night which was a real disappointment - just eat here and save yourself that experience entirely. Hats off to this team… a real gem of a place! Do it before you die….
Was an amazing dinner Tasting menu 10/10 I added some dishes on the longest menu you can choose, and they do without any problem Waiters and chefs are so friendly and they knew the menu well, so they make your dinner more comfy I will come back for sure Good job!!!
