From when you come in, you are welcomed by a generous Frech madame, who is also the head chef, camarera, manager, todo. You can even hear how your food is made, precisely micro waves integrated with a blue jbl speaker music. Rihanna was with us. Budget friendly, the beer is as good as guinness restaurant. Choose the table next to the beautiful landscape of construction and a river. Almost like 10D cinema expierience. Very romantic dish itself. Cutlery from the best company is Spain. Arcos. Come dressed accordingly. It is a occasion. Restaurant expierience but feels like home.
The pizza is thin which is awesome because then you can order a few others to try different styles. It's a family restaurant, quaint, and overall very enjoyable. We came back the next morning for crêpes and they were fabulous. Highly recommend.
Best value pizza and pasta I’ve eaten that I can remember. Simple yet effective menu. I’ve been going there almost every year I travel to Andorra for ski trips on the winter.
My wife and I visited Andorra for the first time and we did as much sightseeing as we could in the four days we spent there. On our first full day we went up to Roc del Quer and went through the towns of Cannillo, La Massana and Encamp. In Encamp we found a little mom and pop style cafe/restaurant called Segle 21. We went inside and were pleased to find it a clean and welcoming spot. We sat by the window and ordered a couple of Coke Zeros and a Marghareta Pizza. The lady who served us was probably the owner and one of the cooks too. It was well prepared, tasty and had a very thin crust. We both enjoyed it. So if you are looking for a good and inexpensive lunch or any meal, we would both recommend Segle 21. It was nice eating with the locals and being treated like one too.
