Stade du 5 Juillet is a massive multi-purpose stadium in Algiers, primarily used for football and athletics. Named after the date of Algeria's independence in 1962, it has a seating capacity of over 64,000, making it the largest stadium in the country. It hosts home matches of the Algeria national football team and major clubs, as well as concerts and national celebrations.
