My wife and I are on a 12 day Switzerland tour by rail. This hotel and staff were by far and away the most friendly, welcoming and gracious group we stayed with. Beautiful room, wonderful location, amazing breakfast and overall experience. We will be back!!!
Excellent service by staff at all level, right from bell boy cum driver to check in staff to restaurant servers, they all are the best. Service with smile is in actual practice. Property is in the heart of the town and the main attraction is just on walking distance. Only downside is, you will have a strong urge to return.
A great restaurant in the city, easy to walk to, nice ambience, nice staff and great food. We had the Reindeer and the Salmon Soup. Both were fantastic!
