As a person who ate Ethiopian food all his life, I found this spot rank very high in my ranking for the following reasons. The injera is soft and made out of Teff grains at home and it is really tastes great. Both the Kitfo and Tibs taste delicious. I like the ambiance of the place and the service was top notch. First visit for us but will not be the last for sure. Good Job
We were hanging out in Seattle for the day so decided to stop by Shewaber for lunch. Food was delicious and staff wonderful. Highly recommend!
